Latin America VSI Project Manager

A pioneering brand of international action, a recognized public utility association founded in 1967, La Guilde is a label of volunteerism and individual commitment experienced as experiences of transformation, companionship in the service of the world, an innovative platform for partnerships for international solidarity projects. Citizen engagement, support for individual initiative, mobilizing youth, altruistic entrepreneurship, taste for cultural action: our choices form the basis of our identity.

As part of the deployment of our international sector, we are recruiting a Project Manager in Latin America to administer, monitor and develop the Guide's activities within its scope.

Our commitments:

  • The Guild is today the leading French organization for managing and supporting volunteers abroad (in civic service and international solidarity volunteering) for associations that it assists and advises in the use of volunteering.
  • The Guild supports projects, incubates solidarity initiatives, trains change agents and evaluates impacts. By mobilizing financing in the service of the general interest, it makes it possible to realize dreams and achieve ambitious sustainable development objectives, through multi-year, multi-country programs worth several million in favor of Microproject leaders.
  • The Guild also acts through direct interventions, programs conducted with the support of partners who share our sense of the common good, to cultivate freedom. We consider culture in the broad sense as a tool of peace and reconciliation essential to the recovery of countries where conflicts have lastingly undermined ancient balances, the relationship to identity and memory, or the ability to live together populations.
  • Beyond this structural commitment, depending on needs and in relation with local partners, other aid or environment-related programs are also implemented.
  • Finally, the adventure experienced is also at the heart of La Guilde's commitments through scholarships, meetings and festivals which maintain the enthusiasm for action.
